Sugar free fruit cake

Although it contains no sugar, the combination of dried fruits provide the sweetness in this popular cake. For those following a strict sugar free diet, this cake can be topped in a beautiful glazed nut topping instead of icing.

Coverings

Prices include sugarpaste (rolled icing) beneath which the Classic Madeira Sponge (and the Carrot Cake) are spread with buttercream, the Alchemist has an underlay of marzipan and the Nicole, chocolate ganache.
